Handling all aspects of administration of a small real estate business. Friendly environment.
Job Details
Hours; 9 am to 5pm Mon to Fri with 1 hour for lunch
Compensation; $15.00 per hr, 3 month probationary period
1 week paid holidays after 6 months
This is a full time employment position.
General Office Duties
Answering & returning phone calls
Client correspondence
Setting up showings of listings
Organizing & maintaining office/filing cabinets
Database management
Comparative Market Analysis preparations
Financial & annual GST & Tax record keeping
Mass mail-outs, both direct mail & Canada Post
Organizing & maintaining office supplies & info packages
Update marketing materials
Website maintenance
Contract preparing & processing
Running errands
Computer Programs Used
Maximizer
Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Publisher
Microsoft Excel
MLXchange
Real Estate experience is preferred but not necessary.
Must be computer literate with ‘Microsoft Software’ experience.
